RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At MakeByMoon.com, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy ensures a hassle-free process for any concerns regarding your order. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand your options and eligibility.
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- Customer should notify us within 48 hours about the return issue.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Returns: If you wish to return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at help@makebymoon.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once your return request is approved, securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please ensure that the item(s) are adequately protected to prevent damage during transit.
- Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you make a purchase from outside the USA and request a refund, the shipping and return fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at help@makebymoon.com to request an exchange. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange, as well as the desired replacement item(s).
- Once your exchange request is approved, securely package the item(s) you wish to exchange and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please ensure that the item(s) are adequately protected to prevent damage during transit.
- Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our exchange eligibility criteria.
- If the exchange is approved and the requested replacement item(s) are available, we will ship them to you promptly. If the replacement item(s) are not available, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions: Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Personalized or customized items.
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately upon receipt. Provide detailed information and, if possible, photos of the damaged or defective item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Order Cancellation:
Customer may cancel the order at any time before the order has been processed.
Makebymoon has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as item is out of stock, product found as defective in quality control or the credit / debit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
